Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Paneels (8) mit einer Trägerplatte (1) und mit einer auf einer Oberfläche (2) aufgebrachten Schicht (6), wobei die Kantenbereiche (7) des herzustellenden Paneels (8) an den zwei gegenüberliegenden Längsseitenflächen (4) und/oder an den zwei gegenüberliegenden Querseitenflächen (5) der Trägerplatte (1) abgerundet oder abgeschrägt sind und die Schicht (6) auch auf Kantenbereiche (7) aufgebracht wird. Das Verfahren ist gekenzeichnet durch entweder die Trägerplatte (1) mit der Schicht (6) beschichtet und mit Nuten (10) versehen werden, oder die Trägerplatte (1) mit Nuten (10) versehen und anschließend mit der Schicht (6) beschichtet werden, oder die Herstellung der Trägerplatte (1) und auch das Versehen der herzustellenden Trägerplatte (1) mit Nuten (10) während der Beschichtung mit der Schicht (6) erfolgt, wobei die Nuten (10) Seitenflanken (12) und einen Nutgrund (11) umfassen, und die Trägerplatte (1) nach dem Beschichten in mehrere Paneele (8) getrennt werden, wobei die Trennung im Nutgrund (11) erfolgt.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau (8) comportant une plaque de support (1) et une couche (6) appliquée sur une première face (2), les zones d'arête (7) du panneau (8) à fabriquer étant arrondies ou chanfreinées sur les deux faces longitudinales opposées (4) et/ou sur les deux faces transversales opposées (5) de la plaque de support (1), et la couche (6) étant également appliquée sur les zones d'arête (7). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que: soit on revêt la plaque de support (1) de la couche (6), puis on y forme des rainures (10), soit on forme des rainures (10) dans la plaque de support (1), puis on revêt ladite plaque de la couche (6), soit la fabrication de la plaque de support (1) et la formation de rainures dans la plaque de support (1) à fabriquer s'effectuent pendant l'application de la couche (6), les rainures comportant des flancs latéraux (12) et un fond (11); ensuite la plaque de support (1) est divisée en plusieurs panneaux (8) après l'application du revêtement, la division s'effectuant dans le fond de rainure (11).
