PREFABRICATED STRUCTURAL BUILDING PANELS AND ASSEMBLIES THEREOF
A prefabricated composite structural layer is provided that is suitable for inclusion in a prefabricated structural wall panel assembly or façade for a building wherein the structural layer has an ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) layer permanently bonded to at least a first layer of high performance concrete (HPC) to form a laminated construction including the UHPC layer and first layer of HPC permanently bonded thereto. The UHPC layer is preferably bonded to the first HPC layer by moulding uncured HPC directly in contact with uncured UHPC so that cement in the two layers forms a continuous cementitious matrix and the two layers are bonded together by the resultant cured cement. Also provided are prefabricated building panel assemblies in which at least one of such prefabricated composite structural layers forms the outside of the building panel and another panel that may be the same or similar with thermal insulation between them.
La présente invention concerne une couche structurale composite préfabriquée qui est appropriée pour une inclusion dans un assemblage de panneaux muraux structuraux préfabriqués ou une façade pour un bâtiment, la couche structurale comportant une couche de béton à ultra-hautes performances (UHPC) collée de façon permanente à au moins une première couche de béton à hautes performances (HPC) pour former une construction stratifiée qui comprend la couche d'UHPC et la première couche de HPC liée de façon permanente à celle-ci. La couche d'UHPC est de préférence liée à la première couche de HPC en moulant du HPC non durci directement en contact avec de l'UHPC non durci, pour que du ciment dans les deux couches forme une matrice cimentaire continue et que les deux couches soient liées ensemble par le ciment durci résultant. La présente invention concerne également des assemblages de panneaux de construction préfabriqués dans lesquels au moins une desdites couches structurales composites préfabriquées forme l'extérieur du panneau de construction et d'un autre panneau, qui peut être identique ou similaire, une isolation thermique se trouvant entre eux.
