APPARATUS TO MAKE DECORATIONS ON PREFABRICATED WATER-PROOFING BITUMEN-MIX MEMBRANES AND CORRESPONDING PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SAID PREFABRICATED WATER-PROOFING MEMBRANES
Apparatus to make decorations (20) on a prefabricated water-proofing bitumen-mix membrane (12), wherein the decorations (20) are made by depositing solid particles (13), in the form of flakes, grains, sand or grit, suitable to adhere to at least one surface of said prefabricated water-proofing bitumen-mix membrane (12). The apparatus comprises at least one transfer member (11) provided with a support surface (19) suitable to receive, support and transfer the solid particles (13) toward the surface to be enhanced of the prefabricated water-proofing bitumen-mix membrane (12). The support surface (19) is provided with a plurality of cavities (18) suitable to receive the solid particles (13). The cavities (18) are made inside at least one surface portion (21) of the support surface (19) and the surface portion (21), essentially reproducing the shape and sizes of at least one of the decorations (20).
L'invention porte sur un appareil pour former des décorations (20) sur une membrane d'étanchéité en mélange à base de bitume préfabriquée (12), les décorations (20) étant formées par dépôt de particules solides (13), sous la forme de paillettes, de grains, de sable ou de gravier, appropriées pour adhérer à au moins une surface de ladite membrane d'étanchéité en mélange à base de bitume préfabriquée (12). L'appareil comprend au moins un élément de transfert (11) pourvu d'une surface de support (19) appropriée pour recevoir, supporter et transférer les particules solides (13) vers la surface à améliorer de la membrane d'étanchéité en mélange à base de bitume préfabriquée (12). La surface de support (19) est pourvue d'une pluralité de cavités (18) appropriées pour recevoir les particules solides (13). Les cavités (18) sont ménagées à l'intérieur d'au moins une partie de surface (21) de la surface de support (19), la partie de surface (21) reproduisant essentiellement la forme et les dimensions d'au moins l'une des décorations (20).
