La présente invention a pour objet une pièce comprenant une surface de frottement (4) contre une seconde surface, cette pièce comprenant au moins une structure (1) en acier ou fonte à graphite sphéroïdale, la surface externe (4) de la pièce faisant intervenir au moins une couche (3) de polymères thermoplastiques lubrifiants, caractérisée en ce que la pièce comporte une couche (2) intermédiaire à base de nickel- aluminium entre la structure (1) en acier ou fonte à graphite sphéroïdale et la couche (3) de polymères thermoplastiques lubrifiants.
