A building comprising a structural frame of the building, at least one window or door supported by and substantially aligned to the frame, and an external wall formed by at least one insulated sandwich panel, the panel(s) in the external wall being supported by the frame and being offset externally from the frame, wherein the frame is exposed in at least part of the interior of the finished building and wherein at least part of the internal wiring of the building traverses the interior of the building on and/or in the frame.
L'invention concerne un bâtiment comprenant un cadre structurel du bâtiment, au moins une fenêtre ou porte soutenue par le cadre et sensiblement alignée sur ce dernier, et une paroi externe formée par au moins un panneau sandwich isolé, le ou les panneaux dans la paroi externe étant soutenus par le cadre et étant décalés à l'extérieur du cadre, le cadre étant exposé dans au moins une partie de l'intérieur du bâtiment fini, et au moins une partie du câblage interne du bâtiment traversant l'intérieur du bâtiment sur et/ou dans le cadre.
