يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لبناء مدينة جديدة عن طريق تقسيمها إلى أحياء دائرية عبارة عن دوائر متماثلة أو متقاربة في القطر متجاورة على خطوط طولية وعرضية والمناطق بين الأحياء الدائرية تكون مخصصة لإقامة حدائق أو ملاعب أو مناطق صناعية أو خلية تدوير وتتكرر الأحياء الدائرية عبر المدينة بالكامل في أي من الاتجاهات الأربعة عن طريق أحياء دائرية إضافية متماثلة، وتتضمن المدينة نوعين من الشوارع وهما الشوارع الدائرية بداخل كل حي دائري والشوارع المستقيمة الطولية والعرضية التي تصل بين الأحياء الدائرية وتتقاطع الشوارع الدائرية مع الشوارع المستقيمة من خلال نفق بسيط.
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a new city by dividing it into circular districts. The circles are similar or close in diameter and sit adjacently in longitudinal and horizontal lines, and the areas between the circular districts are designated for gardens, stadiums, industrial areas or recycling centres. The circular districts are repeated across the whole city, in any of the four cardinal directions, by means of additional similar circular districts. The city comprises two types of streets: circular streets within each circular district; and straight longitudinal and horizontal streets that link the circular districts. The circular streets intersect with the straight streets by means of a simple underpass.
L'invention concerne un procédé de construction d'une nouvelle ville qui consiste à diviser cette dernière en plusieurs quartiers circulaires. Les cercles sont similaires ou quasi-similaires en termes de diamètre et s'organisent côte à côte sur des lignes longitudinales et horizontales, les espaces qui séparent les quartiers circulaires étant réservés pour l'aménagement de jardins, stades, zones industrielles et centres de recyclage. Les quartiers circulaires sont reproduits dans toute la ville, aux quatre points cardinaux, pour donner d'autres quartiers similaires. La ville comprend deux types de rues : des rues circulaires à l'intérieur de chaque quartier circulaire, et des rues droites longitudinales et horizontales qui relient les quartiers circulaires. Les rues circulaires et les rues droites se croisent au moyen de simples passages sous-terrains.
