A natural lighting film (1), which is one aspect of the present invention, is provided with: a first substrate (2) that is optically transparent; a plurality of natural lighting portions (3) that are formed on at least a first surface (2a) of the first substrate (2) and are optically transparent; gap portions (9) that are provided between the plurality of natural lighting portions (3); and a mark (5) that is provided on at least one of a first surface (2a) side of the first substrate (2) and a second surface (2b) side which is of the first substrate (2) and which is on the side opposite the first surface (2a), and that represents information regarding the natural lighting film (1).
