The invention relates to a device for dispensing water, intended in particular to be fitted to water points installed in areas that may be subjected to negative temperatures, such as rest areas on motorways. The device comprises a water-dispensing pipe (2) having: an external portion (2a) suitable for being arranged outside a thermally insulated unit (3) and for supplying water by means of an outlet opening (2b); and an internal portion (2c) connected to a first channel (4) of a valve (5) having at least three channels (4, 6, 9), which valve can be arranged inside the insulated unit and controlled by a control means (7) that can be actuated from the outside, said valve comprising a second channel (6) that can be connected to a water source and a closure element which can move, by means of the control means, between an open position, in which the first channel communicates only with the second channel to supply the outlet opening, and a closed position, in which the two channels do not communicate. The dispensing pipe is suitable for being arranged through a non-horizontal wall (3a) that ensures the insulated unit is thermally insulated. In the closed position, the first channel communicates solely and systematically with the third channel. In this way, in the closed position, all or some of the residual water content in the non-insulated portion of the dispensing pipe is automatically discharged owing to gravity and draught via the third channel.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de distribution d'eau, destiné notamment à équiper des points d'eau installés dans des zones susceptibles de subir des températures négatives, comme des aires de repos sur autoroutes. Le dispositif comprend un conduit de distribution d'eau (2) avec une partie externe (2a) apte à être disposée à l'extérieur d'un ensemble isolé thermiquement (3) et à délivrer de l'eau par l'intermédiaire d'un orifice de sortie (2b), et avec une partie interne (2c) reliée à une première voie (4) d'une vanne (5) à au moins trois voies (4, 6, 9) apte à être disposée à l'intérieur de l'ensemble isolé et commandée par un moyen de commande (7) actionnable depuis l'extérieur, et comprenant une deuxième voie (6) apte à être reliée à une source d'eau et un élément de fermeture mobile, via le moyen de commande, entre une position d'ouverture dans laquelle la première voie communique uniquement avec la deuxième voie pour alimenter l'orifice de sortie, et une position de fermeture dans laquelle les deux voies ne communiquent pas. Le conduit de distribution est apte à être disposé à travers une paroi (3a) non horizontale assurant l'isolation thermique de l'ensemble isolé. Dans la position de fermeture, la première voie communique uniquement et systématiquement avec la troisième voie. De la sorte, dans la position de fermeture, on obtient la vidange automatique, par gravité et appel d'air par la troisième voie, de tout ou partie d'un contenu résiduel d'eau dans la partie non isolée du conduit de distribution par l'orifice de sortie.
