The front cutout surface (119) extends between the inner side portion (110) and the outer side portion (112) and offset from the front upper surface and the front lower surface (117) toward the rear face (127). The front lower surface (117) and the front upper surface are co-planar and parallel to the front cutout surface (119) and the rear face (127).
