Die Erfindung betrifft eine Doppelwand (1) umfassend eine erste (21) und eine zweite Wandschale (22) aus Beton, in welche erste (21) und zweite Wandschale (22) ein Bewehrungselement (2) zumindest teilweise integriert ist, wobei zwischen der ersten (21) und der zweiten Wandschale (22) ein Isolierungselement (23) angeordnet ist. Das Bewehrungselement (2) weist eine erste Bewehrungsmatte (3) auf, welche in die erste Wandschale (21) integriert ist und eine zweite Bewehrungsmatte (4), welche in die zweite Wandschale (22) integriert ist. Die Bewehrungsmatten (4) weisen in Knotenpunkten (8) winkelig zueinander verschweißte metallische Mattenstäbe (7) auf sind und bezüglich deren erster (5) und zweiter Mattenebene (6) durch stabförmige Abstandhalter (9) in einem Normalabstand (10) zueinander distanziert gehalten. Die Abstandhalter (9) sind metallisch und sind durch Schweißverbindungen (11), vorzugsweise Widerstandsschweißverbindungen, mit einzelnen Mattenstäben (7) der ersten (3) und der zweiten Bewehrungsmatte (4) unlösbar verbunden. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Doppelwand (1).

L'invention concerne une double paroi (1) qui comprend un premier panneau de paroi (21) en béton et un second panneau de paroi (22) en béton. Un élément d'armature (2) est au moins partiellement intégré dans le premier panneau de paroi (21) et le second panneau de paroi (22). Un élément isolant (23) est disposé entre le premier panneau de paroi (21) et le second panneau de paroi (22). Le système d'armature (2) comporte un premier treillis d'armature (3) qui est intégré dans le premier panneau de paroi (21) et un second treillis d'armature (4) qui est intégré dans le second panneau de paroi (22). Les treillis d'armature (4) comportent des tiges métalliques (7) soudées angulairement entre elles au niveau de nœuds (8) et sont maintenus à une distance (10) mesurée à angle droit l'un de l'autre, par rapport au premier plan (5) et au second plan (6) occupés par les treillis, par des entretoises (9) en forme de barres. Les entretoises (9) sont métalliques et sont reliées à demeure par des soudures (11), de préférence des soudures par résistance, à des tiges individuelles (7) du premier treillis d'armature (3) et du second treillis d'armature (4). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de ladite double paroi (1).
