PORTABLE ASPHALT RECYCLER
A portable asphalt recycling device comprising: a base; a rotatable drum unit secured to the base; a hopper secured to the rotatable drum unit used to load and unload materials from within the drum unit; a burner secured to the rear of the drum unit to heat the materials; one or more corkscrew fins located within the drum unit, the fins being operable in the mixing and folding of the material and also being operable in pulling the material to the back of the drum unit for complete heating and mixing and pushing the material from the back of the drum unit to the front of the drum unit for unloading; wherein the material within the drum unit does not come into contact with a flame produced by the burner; and a thermostatic heating sensor device located within the drum unit used to measure the temperature of the material.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de recyclage d'asphalte portatif comprenant : une base ; une unité de tambour rotative fixée à la base ; une trémie fixée à l'unité de tambour rotative utilisée pour charger et décharger des matériaux depuis l'intérieur de l'unité de tambour ; un brûleur fixé à l'arrière de l'unité de tambour pour chauffer les matériaux ; une ou plusieurs ailettes en forme de tire-bouchon situées dans l'unité de tambour, les ailettes étant utilisables pour le mélange et le pliage du matériau et étant également utilisables pour la traction du matériau vers l'arrière de l'unité de tambour pour un chauffage et un mélange complets, et pour la poussée du matériau de l'arrière de l'unité de tambour vers l'avant de l'unité de tambour pour un déchargement ; le matériau dans l'unité de tambour n'entrant pas en contact avec une flamme produite par le brûleur ; et un dispositif de capteur de chauffage thermostatique situé dans l'unité de tambour utilisée pour mesurer la température du matériau.
