Platte, Brett oder Paneel, insbesondere OSRB-Platte (1)–Oriented Structural Reed Board –, umfassend eine Schicht Material (2) aus gepresstem Schilfrohr mit einer Vielzahl von Halmen, die überwiegend längsgespalten sind, damit auch zumindest ein Teil der Innenseiten der Halme für ein Bindemittel zugänglich ist, wobei das Bindemittel das Schilfrohr für ein Ausformeneiner festen Platte, eines festen Brettsoder Paneels zusammenzuhalten vermag. Einer Biokomposite-Platte, -Brett, oder -Paneel auf Basis nachhaltiger Rohstoffe kann so mit verbesserten Eigenschaften und Festigkeit sowie mit besonders geringem Herstellungsaufwand bereitgestellt werden. Ein weiterer Aspekt der Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer OSRB-Platte (1).
Sheet, board or panel, in particular an OSRB (1) - Oriented Structural Reed Board - comprising a layer of material (2) made up of pressed reeds having a multiplicity of stems which are split predominantly longitudinally, so that it is also the case that the insides of the stems, at least in part, are accessible to a binder, wherein the binder is able to hold together the reeds for forming a solid sheet, board or panel. It is thus possible to provide a biocomposite sheet, board or panel based on sustainable raw materials which has improved properties and strength and requires only a particularly low level of production outlay. A further aspect of the invention relates to a method for producing an OSRB (1).
L'invention concerne une plaque, une planche ou un panneau, en particulier une plaque OSRB (1) (Oriented Structural Reed Board) qui comprend une couche de matière (2) constituée d'un roseau pressé pourvu d'une pluralité de brins qui sont divisés principalement longitudinalement de telle sorte qu'une ou plusieurs parties des côtés intérieurs des brins sont accessibles à un liant ; le liant permet de maintenir ensemble le roseau pour former une plaque fixe, une planche fixe ou un panneau fixe. Une plaque, une planche ou un panneau bio-composite à base de matières premières renouvelables peut être produit avec des propriétés et une résistance améliorées ainsi qu'avec des coûts de production particulièrement bas. Un autre aspect de l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque OSRB (1).
