VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON GRANULATEN AUS ZEMENTZUSAMMENSETZUNGEN
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Aggregaten aus nicht abgebundenen Zementzusammensetzungen, insbesondere aus Beton oder Restbeton, das die Zugabe a) eines wasserabsorbierenden Mittels und b) eines Kristallisationsinaktivierers zu einer nicht abgebundenen Zementzusammensetzung und das Mischen, bis sich ein granulares Material gebildet hat, umfasst. Das Verfahren erlaubt es, nicht benötigte Reste von noch flüssigem Beton in ein sinnvolles Produkt umzuwandeln, das anschließend für die Herstellung von neuen Betonzusammensetzungen wiederverwendet werden kann. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls ein nach einem entsprechenden Verfahren erhältliches Zementgranulat, dessen Verwendung als Additiv für Zementzusammensetzungen sowie Additivkombinationen für Zementzusammensetzungen, die ein wasserabsorbierendes Mittel und einen Kristallisationsaktivierer umfassen.
The invention relates to a method for producing aggregates from non-hardened cement compositions, in particular from concrete or residual concrete, which method comprises adding a) a water-absorbing agent and b) a crystallization deactivator to a non-hardened cement composition and mixing until a granular material has formed. The method allows unneeded residues of still liquid concrete to be converted into a practical product, which can then be reused to produce new concrete compositions. The invention further relates to a granulated cement material that can be obtained according to a corresponding method, to the use of said granulated cement material as an additive for cement compositions, and to additive combinations for cement compositions, which additive combinations comprise a water-absorbing agent and a crystallization activator.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'agrégats à partir de compositions de ciment non durci, en particulier de béton ou de résidus de béton, qui comprend l'addition a) d'un agent absorbant l'eau et b) d'un désactivateur de cristallisation à la composition de ciment non durci et le mélange jusqu'à former un matériau granulaire. Le procédé permet de convertir des résidus inutiles de béton encore liquide en un produit utile qui peut ensuite être réutilisé pour produire de nouvelles compositions de béton. La présente invention concerne également un granulat de ciment obtenu par un procédé correspondant, son utilisation comme additif pour des compositions de ciment, ainsi que des combinaisons d'additifs pour compositions de ciment comprenant un agent absorbant l'eau et un activateur de cristallisation.
