Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Öladsorptionsmittels aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, umfassend die Zerkleinerung von aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen bestehendem Material mittels geeigneter Zerkleinerungsmaschinen in ein Granulat und eine Behandlung des Granulats mit einem Reaktionsgemisch enthaltend Enzyme zur enzymatischen Behandlung des Granulats. Weiterhin betrifft sie ein durch das Verfahren herstellbares Oladsorptionsmittel, ein Verfahren zur selektiven Adsorption von Altölen unter Verwendung des Öladsorptionsmittels und die Verwendung einer enzymatischen Behandlung von Granulaten aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen zur Verbesserung bestimmter Eigenschaften.
The invention relates to a process for producing an oil adsorbent from renewable raw materials, comprising the comminution of material consisting of renewable raw materials by means of suitable comminution machines to give a granular material and a treatment of the granular material with a reaction mixture comprising enzymes for enzymatic treatment of the granular material. It further relates to an oil adsorbent producible by the process, to a method of selective adsorption of used oils using the oil adsorbent, and to the use of an enzymatic treatment of granular materials made from renewable raw materials for improving particular properties.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un agent d'adsorption d'huile composé de matières premières renouvelables, selon lequel un matériau composé de matières premières renouvelables est broyé en un granulat au moyen d'un machine de broyage appropriée, et le granulat est soumis à un traitement avec un mélange réactionnel contenant des enzymes pour le traitement enzymatique du granulat. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un agent d'adsorption d'huiles pouvant être produit par le procédé, un procédé d'adsorption sélective d'huiles usées utilisant l'agent d'adsorption d'huiles, et l'utilisation d'un traitement enzymatique de granulats composés de matières premières renouvelables pour améliorer certaines propriétés.
