The purpose of this invention is to provide a blower to be installed in a manhole opening that readily allows entrance and exiting for workers or delivery and removal of articles. The purpose of this invention is to provide a ventilating system in a sewer that uses the blower. Provided is a blower having a frame and one or a plurality of airflow generating means disposed on the frame. The airflow direction is adjusted so that the airflow generated from the airflow generating means flows along a virtual axis that passes through a virtual plane surrounding the frame. An air volume that exceeds twice the total airflow rate for the airflow is generated by the airflow including the air surrounding the virtual axis.
L'objet de la présente invention est de concevoir une soufflante à installer dans une ouverture de trou d'homme, permettant une entrée et une sortie faciles d'ouvriers ou une distribution ou un enlèvement aisés d'articles. L'objet de l'invention est ainsi de concevoir un système de ventilation d'un égout qui fait appel à la soufflante. La soufflante selon l'invention comporte un bâti et un ou plusieurs moyens de génération d'écoulement d'air disposés sur le bâti. La direction d'écoulement d'air est réglée pour que l'écoulement d'air généré à partir des moyens de génération d'écoulement d'air s'écoule le long d'un axe virtuel qui passe par un plan virtuel entourant le bâti. Un volume d'air qui dépasse deux fois le débit d'air total de l'écoulement d'air est généré du fait que l'écoulement d'air comprend l'air entourant l'axe virtuel.
