The invention relates to a kit for constructing a building. The kit comprises constituent elements of bricks (10) sufficient in number to produce the surfaces of walls, said bricks being produced by the mortise-and-tenon assembly of four complementary elements, corner bricks (10'), the number of which is determined by the total lengths of the corners, door- and window-frames, vertical stiffeners (310), the number of which is determined by the length of the envisaged walls (assuming one stiffener for every few metres of wall) and by the number of corners of the construction, and constituent elements of high horizontal beams (116, 116').
L'invention se rapporte à un kit de construction d'un bâtiment. Le kit comprend des éléments constitutifs de briques (10) en nombre suffisant pour la réalisation des surfaces de façades, lesdites briques étant réalisée par assemblage à tenons et mortaises de quatre éléments complémentaires, des briques d'angles (10') dont le nombre est déterminé par les longueurs d'angles totales, des huisseries, des raidisseurs verticaux (310), dont le nombre est déterminé par la longueur des façade envisagées (en supposant un raidisseur tous les quelques mètres de façade) et par le nombre d'angles de la construction, des éléments constitutifs de poutres horizontales hautes (116, 116').
