L'invention concerne un palier lisse à support ferromagnétique dispersif, caractérisé en ce que son système d'arbres de roulement en acier (2) comporte des inducteurs (4), un ferrofluide (5) remplissant le corps de palier (1) et la plaque d'acier (3) formant une boucle fermée, la plaque d'acier (3) formant la boucle fermée supportée sur des arbres en acier (2) permettant à la structure de se mouvoir d'une manière continue sans interruption pour effectuer le mouvement de retour et, avec l'alimentation électrique activée vers les inducteurs (4), celui-ci étant immobilisé par un contact avec le ferrofluide et avec l'arbre en acier (2) formant un électroaimant.
