INTERCONNECTING MATS AND CONNECTORS FOR INTERCONNECTING MATS
An interlocking mat system includes a plurality of mats (10) that are interlocked by a fastening device (21), the interlocking mats being made up of panels (13) having upper peripheral flanges (11, 12) that overlap lower peripheral flanges (14, 15). The panels form through-bores when apertures of the upper peripheral flanges and apertures of the lower peripheral flanges are arranged coincident with each other. The fastening device includes a foot (24) and a body (22), the foot being axially rotatable with respect to the body. To interconnect with the plurality of mats, the foot is axially rotated with respect to the body between an insertion position for insertion of the fastening device and a locking position in which removal of the fastening device is prevented from the through-bore.
L'invention concerne un système de tapis interverrouillable comprenant une pluralité de tapis (10) qui sont verrouillés par un dispositif de fixation (21), les tapis interverrouillables étant constitués de panneaux (13) présentant des rebords périphériques supérieurs (11,12) (14, 15) qui chevauchent des rebords périphériques inférieurs . Les panneaux forment des trous traversants lorsque les ouvertures des rebords périphériques supérieurs et les ouvertures des rebords périphériques inférieurs coïncident les unes avec les autres. Le dispositif de fixation comprend un pied (24) (22) et un corps, le pied étant axialement rotatif par rapport au corps. Pour interconnecter la pluralité de tapis, le pied est mis en rotation axialement par rapport au corps entre une position d'insertion pour insérer le dispositif de fixation et une position de verrouillage dans laquelle le retrait du dispositif de fixation du trou traversant est empêché.
