CONTINUOUS SOIL-SOLIDIFYING TREATMENT METHOD AND TREATMENT APPARATUS IN DESERTIFICATION AREA FOR YELLOW-DUST PREVENTION AND GRASSLAND ESTABLISHMENT
Provided according to the present invention is a continuous soil-solidifying treatment method comprising: a grit-screening step of discharging soil for molding, from which foreign substances and coarse aggregate are removed by performing grit screening of soil collected in a desertification area; a mixing step of producing a mixture by uniformly mixing a firming agent, inorganic additives, and water with the soil for molding; a placing step of placing the mixture in a molding frame member which is circulated and rotated by means of a conveyor; a packing step of packing the molding frame member filled with the mixture in the placing step by allowing the molding frame member to pass under a packing roller; and a separation step of continuously allowing a solidified soil body formed through the packing step to travel while being separated from the molding frame member.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de solidification de sol en continu comprenant : une étape de tamisage de gravier consistant à décharger le sol à des fins de moulage, en provenance duquel des substances étrangères et de l'agrégat grossier sont éliminés par la réalisation d'un tamisage de gravier du sol recueilli dans une zone de désertification ; une étape de mélange consistant à produire un mélange en mélangeant de manière uniforme un agent raffermissant, des additifs inorganiques, et de l'eau avec le sol à des fins de moulage ; une étape de placement consistant à placer le mélange dans un élément de cadre de moulage qui est mis en circulation et en rotation au moyen d'un convoyeur ; une étape d'emballage consistant à emballer l'élément de cadre de moulage rempli au moyen du mélange au cours de l'étape de placement en permettant à l'élément de cadre de moulage de passer sous un rouleau d'emballage ; et une étape de séparation permettant en continu à un corps de sol solidifié formé au cours de l'étape d'emballage de se déplacer tout en étant séparé de l'élément de cadre de moulage.
본 발명에 의하면, 사막화 지역에서 채취된 흙을 석발하여 이물질과 굵은 골재가 제거된 성형용 토사를 배출하는 석발 단계; 상기 성형용 토사에 고화제, 무기질 첨가제 및 물을 균일하게 혼합하여 혼합물을 생성하는 혼합 단계; 상기 혼합물을 컨베이어에 의해 순환 회전하는 성형틀 부재에 포설하는 포설 단계; 상기 포설 단계에 의해 상기 혼합물이 채워진 성형틀 부재를 다짐 롤러 아래로 통과시켜서 다지는 다짐 단계; 및 상기 다짐 단계를 거쳐서 형성된 흙고화체가 상기 성형틀 부재로부터 연속으로 이탈하며 주행하는 이탈 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 흙고화 처리 방법이 제공된다.
