GRILL ROOF AND OUTDOOR COOKING INSTALLATION
A roof for use with an outdoor cooking appliance includes a primary support assembly including a base and at least one support post, the base being coupled to the support post. A roof assembly includes a plurality of roof panels coupled to the at least one support post such that each is supported above the base. The roof panels are oriented such that the rear edge of one roof panel and the front edge of the adjacent roof panel overlap in at least a horizontal direction but are spaced apart to define an airflow passage therebetween. An outdoor cooking installation can be formed by mounting the roof over an outdoor cooking appliance.
