MANUFACTURING OF DECORATIVE SURFACES BY INKJET
A method for manufacturing decorative surfaces including the steps of: a) inkjet printing (19) an image on a first thermoplastic foil (12) using a pigmented UV curable inkjet ink; b) applying a second thermoplastic foil (12) on the inkjet printed image; and c) heat pressing (20) the first and second thermoplastic foils into a decorative laminate; wherein the pigmented UV curable inkjet ink contains a polymerizable composition having 30 to 70 wt% of monofunctional polymerizable compounds and 30 to 70 wt% of polyfunctional polymerizable compounds, wherein the weight percentage wt% is based on the total weight of the polymerizable composition; and wherein at least one of the first and second thermoplastic foils is a transparent foil.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de surfaces décoratives comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) imprimer par jet d'encre (19) une image sur une première feuille thermoplastique (12) à l'aide d'une encre pigmentée pour jet d'encre durcissable par UV ; b) appliquer une seconde feuille thermoplastique (12) sur l'image imprimée par jet d'encre ; et c) presser à chaud (20) les première et seconde feuilles thermoplastiques pour obtenir un stratifié décoratif ; l'encre pigmentée pour jet d'encre durcissable par UV contient une composition polymérisable comprenant de 30 à 70 % en poids de composés polymérisables monofonctionnels et de 30 à 70 % en poids de composés polymérisables polyfonctionnels, le pourcentage en poids étant basé sur le poids total de la composition polymérisable ; et la première feuille thermoplastique et/ou la seconde feuille thermoplastique étant une feuille transparente.
