The present invention provides a frame part comprising: a thermal insulating member; and a plurality of fastening parts embedded entirely or partially in the thermal insulating member, and each having one side coupled to a wall body and having an interior material or an exterior material coupled to the other side thereof which is at a different position than the one side coupled to the wall body. Accordingly, the frame part for fastening to wall body fixing means and interior/exterior material fixing means does not have to damage the thermal insulating member in order to be fixed to the wall body and the interior/exterior material through a thermal insulator module built in the thermal insulating member, so as to be capable of preventing a reduction in the thermal insulating performance of the thermal insulating member; airtight construction between the wall body and a thermal insulator is possible, so as to be capable of improving thermal insulating effects; and because the thermal insulator module is a built-in-type module that has the frame part built into the thermal insulating member, heat exchange can be blocked by the wall body fixing means and interior/exterior material fixing means, so as to prevent a reduction in thermal insulating performance and prevent condensation.
