Provided is an entry/exit management device that makes it possible to achieve more reliable entry/exit management. The entry/exit management device (300) comprises: an ID authentication unit (340) that performs ID authentication in which it is determined whether a person located at the entrance of a managed area is a person having authorization to enter the managed area on the basis of ID information for a terminal possessed by the person located at the entrance of the managed area; a face information acquisition unit (360) that acquires the result of face detection in the managed area; an abnormality determination unit (370) that determines whether an unauthorized person who is a person not having authorization to enter has entered the managed area on the basis of the result of ID authentication and the result of face detection; and an abnormality processing unit (380) that carries out predetermined processing corresponding to the entry of an unauthorized person into the managed area when it is determined that an unauthorized person has entered the managed area.

Le dispositif de gestion d'entrée/sortie (300) comprend : une unité d'authentification d'ID (340) qui effectue une authentification d'ID dans laquelle il est déterminé si une personne se trouvant à l'entrée d'une zone gérée est une personne ayant l'autorisation d'entrer dans la zone gérée d'après les informations ID destinées à un terminal détenu par la personne se trouvant à l'entrée de la zone gérée ; une unité d'acquisition d'informations faciales (360) qui acquiert le résultat d'une détection faciale dans la zone gérée ; une unité de détermination d'anomalies (370) qui détermine si une personne non autorisée, à savoir une personne n'ayant pas l'autorisation d'entrer, est entrée dans la zone gérée d'après le résultat d'authentification d'ID et le résultat de détection faciale ; et une unité de traitement d'anomalies (380) qui effectue un traitement prédéterminé correspondant à l'entrée d'une personne non autorisée dans la zone gérée lorsqu'il est déterminé qu'une personne non autorisée est entrée dans la zone gérée.
