Die Erfindung betrifft die Anordnung von organischem Material (1), das sich über einem feuchten Untergrund (5) befindet, wobei zwischen organischem Material (1) und Untergrund (5) ein Freiraum (6) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Freiraum (6) zwischen organischem Material (1) und Untergrund (5) eine Folie (4) angeordnet ist, welche ein Abfließen von Wasser durch die Folie (4) in den Untergrund (5) gestattet und eine Feuchteabgabe vom Untergrund (5) an das organische Material (1) erschwert.
