VERFAHREN UND VORRICHTUNG ZUR THERMISCHEN BEHANDLUNG VON SAND
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Sintern von Sand. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, rundkörnigen und in den Kornfraktionen gleichverteilten Wüstensand für die Nutzung als Baustoff, insbesondere als Zuschlagstoff, durch energiesparendes Sintern nutzbar zu machen. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass eine Fokussiereinrichtung (3) für wärmeenergiereiche Strahlung (2) zum Erzeugen zumindest eines Brennpunkts (5) auf der Oberfläche einer Schüttung Sand (10) und eine Positioniereinrichtung (6) zur kontinuierlichen Relativbewegung zwischen dem Brennpunkt (5) und dem Sand (10) vorgesehen sind. Die Aufgabe wird auch gelöst durch eine Verwendung von Wüstensand als Zuschlagstoff für ein Bauteil (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Sintern erlangte Kornverbünde (11) von Wüstensand (10) in ein Matrixmaterial (13) als Zuschlagstoff eingebracht werden.
The invention relates to a method and a device for sintering sand. The problem addressed by the invention is that of using energy-saving sintering to make it possible to use desert sand, having round grains and evenly distributed among the grain fractions, for use as a building material, in particular as an aggregate. The problem is solved by providing a focusing device (3) for thermal-energy rich radiation (2) in order to create at least one focal point (5) on the surface of a bulk sand (10) and a positioning device (6) for continuous relative movement between the focal point (5) and the sand (10). The problem is also solved via a use of desert sand as an aggregate for a component (12), characterised in that, by sintering, obtained grain bonds (11) of desert sand (10) are incorporated in a matrix material (13) as an aggregate.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour le frittage du sable. Le but de l'invention est de rendre utilisable le sable du désert à grains arrondis et dont les fractions granulométriques sont équitablement réparties pour l'utilisation en tant que matériau de construction, notamment comme additif, grâce à un frittage économe en énergie. Le but de l'invention est atteint grâce à un dispositif de focalisation (3) pour un rayonnement riche en énergie thermique (2) permettant de produire au moins un point de combustion (5) sur la surface d'un tas de sable (10) et à un dispositif de positionnement (6) pour le déplacement relatif continu entre le point de combustion (5) et le sable (10). Le but de l'invention est également atteint grâce à une utilisation du sable du désert comme additif pour un composant (12), caractérisée en ce que des composites granuleux (11) de sable (10) du désert obtenus par frittage sont incorporés comme additifs dans une matière matricielle (13).

Le but de l'invention est atteint grâce à un dispositif de focalisation (3) pour un rayonnement riche en énergie thermique (2) permettant de produire au moins un point de combustion (5) sur la surface d'un tas de sable (10) et à un dispositif de positionnement (6) pour le déplacement relatif continu entre le point de combustion (5) et le sable (10). Le but de l'invention est également atteint grâce à une utilisation du sable du désert comme additif pour un composant (12), caractérisée en ce que des composites granuleux (11) de sable (10) du désert obtenus par frittage sont incorporés comme additifs dans une matière matricielle (13).
