[Problem] To provide a foamy water discharging device that can make aerated water into a finer foamy water by further separating the aerated water, causing same to collide, and then discharging the water. [Solution] A foamy water discharging device comprising: a water inlet (2); a water outlet (3); a water channel (11) that runs from the water inlet (2) to the water outlet (3) and has a cylindrical inner circumferential face; an air channel that introduces outside air to the upstream side of the water channel (11); and a foaming unit (15) that converts the water aerated with the outside air into foamy water by causing same to collide on the downstream side of the water channel (11). The foaming unit (15) is provided with a separating rib (31), a plurality of which is provided along the inner circumferential face of the water channel (11), that projects from the inner circumferential face of the water channel (11) toward the center of the water channel (11), and that has at least one pair of inclined faces (33) that separate water flowing in from the water inlet (2) through a conduit (24) formed on the distal end (30).
