METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PEROVSKITE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING PEROVSKITE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE THEREFOR
There may be provided a method for manufacturing a perovskite crystal structure, comprising the steps of: preparing a substrate; arranging a roll-type stamp on the substrate; injecting a perovskite precursor solution between the substrate and the stamp; and drying the precursor solution, thereby manufacturing a perovskite crystal structure, wherein the stamp rolls in a first direction on the substrate, and the perovskite crystal structure is continuously crystallized in the first direction between the substrate and the stamp and is thereby manufactured.
L'invention permet de fournir un procédé de fabrication d'une structure de cristal de pérovskite, comprenant les étapes consistant à : préparer un substrat; disposer une tampon de type rouleau sur le substrat; injecter une solution de précurseurs de pérovskite entre le substrat et le tampon; et sécher la solution de précurseur, cela permettant de fabriquer une structure de cristal de pérovskite, le tampon roulant dans une première direction sur le substrat, et la structure de cristal de pérovskite étant cristallisée en continu dans la première direction entre le substrat et le tampon, et étant ainsi réalisée.
