SURFACTANT COMPOSITION
Disclosed is a surfactant composition and its use in the production of a gypsum product. Also disclosed is a method of producing gypsum plasterboard, as well as gypsum plasterboard that is formed from foamed slurry comprising the surfactant composition. The surfactant composition comprises from 60 to 99 wt.% by total surfactant weight of an alkyl sulphate component having the structure: R1-OSO3" +M1, in which R1 is an alkyl having from 9 to 11 carbon atoms and M1 is a cation. The surfactant composition also comprises from 1 to 40 wt.% by total surfactant weight of an alkyl ether sulphate component having the structure: R2-(OCH2CH2)yOSO3 - +M2, in which R2 is an alkyl having from 8 to 10 carbon atoms, y has an average value of 0.1 to 5 and M2 is a cation.
La présente invention concerne une composition tensioactive et son utilisation dans la production d'un produit en plâtre. Est également décrit un procédé de production d'une plaque en plâtre, ainsi qu'une plaque en plâtre qui est formée à partir d'une suspension expansée comprenant la composition tensioactive. La composition tensioactive comprend de 60 à 99 % en pds par poids total de tensioactif d'un composant sulfate d'alkyle de structure : R1-OSO3" +M1, dans laquelle R1 est un groupe alkyle ayant de 9 à 11 atomes de carbone et M1 est un cation. La composition tensioactive comprend également de 1 à 40 % en pds par poids total de tensioactif d'un composant éther sulfate d'alkyle de structure : R2-(OCH2CH2)yOSO3 - +M2, dans laquelle R2 est un groupe alkyle ayant de 8 à 10 atomes de carbone, y présente une valeur moyenne de 0,1 à 5 et M2 est un cation.
