A segmented track for a Maglev vehicle includes a structural support portion and a Maglev portion fastened to the structural support portion. Each segment of the structural support portion is formed by fusing together three cast metal components. Neighboring ones of the structural support segments are joined together end-to-end by fused metal, and neighboring ones of the reaction rail segments are joined together end-to-end by fused metal. The positioning and joining of the successive segments is done in the field using on site jigs and machines.
L'invention concerne une voie segmentée pour un véhicule à sustentation magnétique, laquelle voie comprend une partie de support structural et une partie de sustentation magnétique fixée à la partie de support structural. Chaque segment de la partie de support structural est formé en fusionnant ensemble trois éléments métalliques coulés. Des segments voisins parmi les segments de support structural sont reliés ensemble bout à bout par métal fondu, et des segments voisins parmi les segments de rail de réaction sont reliés ensemble bout à bout par métal fondu. Le positionnement et l'assemblage des segments successifs sont réalisés sur le terrain au moyen de machines et de gabarits sur site.
