The present invention relates to an item, in particular for sun protection, including at least one metal layer and one textile layer that has an outer face including at least one polymer mixed with at least one plasticizing agent, thus forming a first matrix. Advantageously, the bond between said first matrix and the metal layer is ensured by an intermediate polymer layer including at least one coupling polymer. Said coupling polymer is bonded by chemical bonds to the first matrix and to the metal layer. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such an item and includes a step for metallization by depositing reduced-pressure metal vapors.
La présente invention a pour objet un article, en particulier destiné à la protection solaire, comprenant au moins une couche métallique, et une couche textile ayant une face externe comprenant au moins un polymère en mélange avec au moins un plastifiant formant une première matrice. Avantageusement, la liaison entre ladite première matrice et la couche métallique est assurée par une couche intermédiaire polymérique comprenant au moins un polymère de couplage, ledit polymère de couplage étant lié par liaisons chimiques, d'une part à la première matrice et, d'autre part à la couche métallique. La présente invention a également pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un tel article comprenant une étape de métallisation, par dépôt de vapeurs de métal sous pression réduite.
