The present invention relates to a refractory composition and a well block for steel casting manufactured therefrom , the composition containing magnesia clinker and a carbon-containing raw material as main ingredients, the carbon-containing raw material containing flaky graphite and at least one of carbon black and pitch, the main ingredients containing, on the basis of 100 wt% of the refractory composition, 85.5-89.7 wt% of magnesia clinker, 4-9 wt% of flaky graphite, and 1-2 wt% of at least one of carbon black and pitch, wherein the well block for steel casting having a refractory material is manufactured by firing after compression molding, thereby improving the corrosion resistance to high - salt slag and FeO, thus providing high melting resistance.
La présente invention concerne une composition réfractaire et un bloc de puits pour la coulée d'acier fabriqué à partir de cette dernière, la composition contenant du clinker de magnésie et une matière première contenant du carbone en tant qu'ingrédients principaux, la matière première contenant du carbone contenant du graphite lamellaire et du noir de carbone et/ou du brai, les principaux ingrédients contenant, pour 100 % en poids de la composition réfractaire, 85,5 à 89,7 % en poids de clinker de magnésie, 4 à 9 % en poids de graphite lamellaire et 1 à 2 % en poids de noir de carbone et/ou de brai, le bloc de puits pour la coulée d'acier ayant un matériau réfractaire étant fabriqué par cuisson après moulage par compression, ce qui permet d'améliorer la résistance à la corrosion au laitier à haute teneur en sel et à FeO, ce qui fournit ainsi une haute résistance à la fusion.
본 발명은 내화 조성물 및 이로 제작된 강 주조용 웰블럭에 관한 것으로서, 마그네시아 클링커, 카본 함유원료를 포함하는 주성분을 포함하고, 카본 함유원료는 카본블랙 및 피치 중 적어도 어느 하나와 인상흑연을 포함하며, 내화 조성물 100중량%에 대해, 주성분은 마그네시아 클링커를 85.5중량% 내지 89.7중량%, 인상흑연을 4중량% 내지 9중량%, 카본블랙 및 피치 중 적어도 어느 하나를 1중량% 내지 2중량% 포함하여, 가압 성형 후 소성에 의해 제작되는 내화물을 갖는 강 주조용 웰블럭을 제작함으로써, 고염기도 슬래그 및 FeO에 대한 내식성을 향상시켜 고내용손성을 제공할 수 있다.
