La présente invention concerne un appareil pour relier des unités de construction volumétriques préfabriquées préfinies. Ledit appareil comprend des première et seconde pièces rapportées parallèles déplacées latéralement par un élément de liaison, les première et seconde pièces rapportées pouvant être accouplées à des sections supérieures respectives de colonnes d'unités voisines pour ainsi relier les unités entre elles.
