Die Erfindung betrifft eine Masse zur Herstellung von hochtemperaturfesten oder feuerfesten Formkörpern, bestehend aus einem Gemenge aus: - einem feuerfesten oder hochtemperaturfesten anorganischen Pulver, Körnern und/oder Granulat, - mit einer rieselfähigen Masse oder einem Pulver aus Kohlenstoff oder auch ohne Kohlenstoff, - einem Bindemittel, wobei das Bindemittel aus einer Kombination aus Tannin, Laktose, feinkörnigem Siliziumdioxid und Aluminiumpulver besteht, sowie das Bindemittel selbst und aus der Masse mit Bindemittel hergestellte Formkörper sowie ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.
The invention relates to a compound for producing high temperature-resistant refractory molded bodies consisting of a mixture of: - a refractory or high temperature-resistant inorganic powder, grains, and/or granulate, - a pourable compound or a powder which is made of carbon or is free of carbon, and - a binder, said binder consisting of a combination of tannin, lactose, fine-grain silicon dioxide, and aluminum powder. The invention also relates to the binder, to molded bodies produced from the compound comprising the binder, and to a method for producing same.
L'invention concerne une matière à mouler destinée à la fabrication de corps moulés résistants aux températures élevées ou réfractaires, composée d'un mélange comprenant : une poudre, des grains et/ou un granulat réfractaires ou résistants aux températures élevées ; une matière coulante ou une poudre constituée de carbone ou exempte de carbone ; et un liant constitué d'une combinaison de tannine, de lactose, de dioxyde de silicium à grains fins et de poudre d'aluminium. L'invention concerne également le liant lui-même, des corps moulés fabriqués au moyen de la matière à mouler comprenant le liant et un procédé de fabrication des corps moulés.
