FLEXIBLE SAFETY SOCK SYSTEM
The present application includes a flexible sock system for containing inadvertently released concrete from the tubing of a pump truck. One or more socks are selectively located on the boom and tubing to define a guarded area used to contain cement that is leaking or bursts out of the tubing. The socks may include a sleeve and or a flat member. The flat members are used enclose a space around bends or other flexible areas. A series of apertures are used to cinch the flat member closed. The sleeve is used primarily around the tip hose of the pump truck to increase control of the tip hose and visibility of the tip hose location.
L'invention comprend un système de chaussette souple permettant de contenir du béton relâché involontairement à partir du tuyau d'un camion-pompe. Une ou plusieurs chaussettes sont disposées sélectivement sur la flèche et le tuyau pour définir une zone protégée destinée à contenir du ciment qui fuit ou s'échappe du tube. La chaussette peut comprendre un manchon et/ou un élément plat. Les éléments plats utilisés entourent un espace autour de courbes ou d'autres zones flexibles. Une série d'ouvertures est utilisée pour serrer l'élément plat et le fermer. Le manchon est utilisé essentiellement autour du tuyau d'extrémité du camion-pompe pour augmenter le contrôle du tuyau d'extrémité et la visibilité de l'emplacement du tuyau d'extrémité.
