Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kupfer-Keramik-Verbund, umfassend - ein Keramiksubstrat, - eine auf dem Keramiksubstrat vorliegende Beschichtung aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung, wobei das Kupfer oder die Kupferlegierung Korngrößen im Bereich von 10 μm bis 300 μm und eine Anzahlverteilung der Korngrößen mit einem Medianwert d50 und einem arithmetischen Mittelwert darith aufweist und das Verhältnis von d50 zu darith (d50/darith) im Bereich von 0,75 bis 1,10 liegt.
The invention relates to a copper-ceramic composite comprising: - a ceramic substrate; - a copper or copper alloy coating in which the copper or copper alloy has grain sizes of 10 μm to 300 μm and a number distribution of the grain sizes with a median d50 and an arithmetic mean darith, the ratio of d50 to darith (d50/darith) being between 0.75 and 1.10.
L'invention concerne un composite cuivre-céramique comprenant un substrat céramique, et un revêtement en cuivre ou en alliage de cuivre situé sur le substrat céramique, le cuivre ou l'alliage de cuivre présentant une granulométrie située dans la plage de 10 µm à 300 µm et une répartition granulométrique présentant une valeur médiane d50, et une valeur moyenne arithmétique darith, et le rapport d50 sur darith (d50/darith) étant compris dans la plage allant de 0,75 à 1,10.
