An energy efficient film comprising: a first substrate layer and a second substrate layer; a microstructure layer positioned between the first and second substrate layers; a sealed gasket surrounding the microstructure layer, wherein the interior of the sealed gasket is a vacuum, relative to average atmospheric pressure. And a method of preparing the same on a roll-to-roll or sheet assembly.
L'invention concerne un film à bon rendement énergétique qui comprend : une première couche de substrat et une seconde couche de substrat ; une couche de microstructure positionnée entre les première et seconde couches de substrat ; un joint étanche entourant la couche de microstructure, l'intérieur du joint étanche étant un vide, par rapport à la pression atmosphérique moyenne. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation dudit film sur un ensemble rouleau à rouleau ou feuille.
