ELEKTROHYDRAULISCHER STEUERKREIS MIT SCHRITTMOTOR
Elektrohydraulischer Steuerkreis (1) zum Ansteuern eines hydraulisch betätigten Antriebsaggregates (2), mittels dessen ein Mastsegment eines Manipulators, insbesondere eines Großmanipulators für Autobetonpumpen, hinsichtlich seiner Orientierung verstellbar ist, mit einem elektrisch angesteuerten Proportionalventil (3), welches mit hydraulischen Arbeitsleitungen (4, 5) des Antriebsaggregates (2) zu dessen Ansteuerung verbunden ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, einen elektrohydraulischen Steuerkreis anzugeben bzw. einen Manipulator zu schaffen, der eine einfache Steuerung und ein hervorragendes Ansprechverhalten der Antriebe bzw. Mastsegmente ermöglicht. Diese Aufgabe löst die Erfindung dadurch, dass das Proportionalventil (3) mit einem Schrittmotor (6) ansteuerbar ist. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung einen Manipulator, insbesondere einen Großmanipulator für Autobetonpumpen.
An electrohydraulic control circuit (1) for actuating a hydraulically activated drive assembly (2), by means of which a mast segment of a manipulator, in particular of a large-scale manipulator for truck-mounted concrete pumps, can be adjusted in respect of its orientation, having an electrically actuated proportional valve (3) which is connected to hydraulic working lines (4, 5) of the drive assembly (2) to actuate the latter. The object of the invention is to specify an electrohydraulic control circuit or to provide a manipulator which permits simple control and an outstanding response behaviour of the drives or mast segments. This object is achieved by means of the invention in that the proportional valve (3) can be actuated with a stepping motor (6). Furthermore, the invention relates to a manipulator, in particular to a large-scale manipulator for truck-mounted concrete pumps.
L'invention concerne un circuit de commande électro-hydraulique (1) pour la commande d'un groupe moto-propulseur (2) à actionnement hydraulique, au moyen duquel l'orientation d'un segment de mât d'un manipulateur, en particulier d'un manipulateur de grande taille pour des pompes à béton automotrices, est réglable. Le circuit comprend une soupape proportionnelle (3) à commande électrique, laquelle est reliée à des conduites de travail hydrauliques (4, 5) du groupe moto-propulseur (2) pour la commande de ce dernier. Le but de l'invention est de mettre au point un circuit de commande électro-hydraulique ou de créer un manipulateur offrant une commande simple et un excellent comportement de réponse des groupes moto-propulseurs ou des segments de mât. L'invention résout ce but par le fait que la soupape proportionnelle (3) peut être commandée par un moteur pas à pas (6). L'invention concerne en outre un manipulateur, en particulier un manipulateur de grande taille pour des pompes à béton automotrices.

Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, einen elektrohydraulischen Steuerkreis anzugeben bzw. einen Manipulator zu schaffen, der eine einfache Steuerung und ein hervorragendes Ansprechverhalten der Antriebe bzw. Mastsegmente ermöglicht. Diese Aufgabe löst die Erfindung dadurch, dass das Proportionalventil (3) mit einem Schrittmotor (6) ansteuerbar ist. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung einen Manipulator, insbesondere einen Großmanipulator für Autobetonpumpen.
