The invention relates to a half-module for a lost formwork element with a planar surface, including: a body (10) made of a single part which includes a planar rectangular plate (12), and a spacer (18) with a generally frusto-conical shape, the body (10) comprising: first complementary linking devices arranged on two first opposing sides; second complementary linking devices arranged on the two second opposing sides, and the spacer (18) comprising: third complementary linking devices arranged on the portion of the spacer that is furthest from the plate (12) of the body; said half-module also including a cover (22) intended for closing the opening (16), characterised in that: said cover (22) is mounted with play on a central stud (20) coming from a bottom of said spacer (18) intended for centring said cover (22) when it is assembled on said body (10); said cover (22) also includes a set of snap-fitting members (222) intended for engaging with recesses (101) with a corresponding shape made in said body (10) of said half-module.
