The utility model relates to the field of building, and more specifically to enclosing structures for various purposes. The present enclosing structure has posts and a section mounted between said posts. The post has inserts mounted therein for the installation of utility lines such that the utility lines can be run along the section of the enclosing structure. This provides the possibility of running various utility lines through the enclosing structure, therefore simplifying the installation and connection of corresponding devices integrated into the enclosing structure.
