CEILING REPAIR METHOD AND WALL REPAIR METHOD
A method and application thereof, for repairing a plaster ceiling having boards spanning a crossbeam with a gap therebetween, a ceiling backing material finished with a trowel from the bottom surface of the boards, and a ceiling finishing material formed from the bottom surface of the ceiling backing material, the method including: a step for punching an injection hole from the top surface of the boards to the boundary between the boards and the ceiling backing material; a step for injecting through the injection hole, to the boundary between the boards and the ceiling backing material, an acrylic resin composition containing at least one monomer selected from among an acrylic monomer and a methacrylic monomer, a thermosetting resin, and a curing agent; and a step for curing the acrylic resin composition and causing the boards and the ceiling backing material to adhere.
L'invention porte également sur un procédé et sur son application, pour réparer un plafond en plâtre ayant des panneaux s'étendant sur une traverse avec un écart entre elles, un matériau de renfort de plafond réalisé avec une truelle à partir de la surface inférieure des panneaux, et un matériau de finition de plafond formé à partir de la surface inférieure du matériau de renfort de plafond, le procédé comprenant: une étape de perforation d'un trou d'injection à partir de la surface supérieure des panneaux jusqu'à la limite entre les panneaux et le matériau de renfort de plafond; une étape d'injection à travers le trou d'injection, à la limite entre les panneaux et le matériau de renfort de plafond, une composition de résine acrylique contenant au moins un monomère choisi parmi un monomère acrylique et un monomère méthacrylique, une résine thermodurcissable et un agent de durcissement; et une étape consistant à durcir la composition de résine acrylique et à faire adhérer les panneaux et le matériau de renfort de plafond.
