The invention relates to a method for producing floats (1) by injection-moulding of two three-dimensional bodies (2 and 3) with an edge (4), forming a non-watertight capsule (C), on which a plastic envelope is also injection-moulded, the surface of the capsule merging with the envelope under the temperature and pressure inherent to the injection-moulding process, this surface merging causing the capsule to become hermetically sealed and watertight, thus providing an injection-moulded float (1) capable of floating on a liquid medium.
L'invention concerne l'obtention de bouées (1) par injection de deux corps (2 et 3) volumétriques avec bord (4), de manière à former une capsule (C) non étanche sur laquelle est moulé une bordure plastique également injecté, la fusion superficielle de la capsule avec la bordure se produisant au moyen d'une température et d'une pression communes au procédé d'injection, cette fusion superficielle rendant la capsule hermétique et étanche pour former la bouée (1) injectée apte à flotter en milieu liquide.
Propõe a obtenção de Boias (1) com a injeção de dois corpos (2 e 3) volumétricos com borda (4), formando uma cápsula (C) não estanque e sobre essa se molda um contorno plástico, também injetado, cuja fusão superficial da cápsula com o contorno ocorre por meio de temperatura e pressão comuns ao processo de injeção, sendo que esta fusão superficial torna a cápsula hermética e estanque configurando a BOIA (1) injetada apta a flutuação em meio líquido.
