MUNICIPAL NOISE ABSORBING SCREEN
The municipal noise absorbing screen consists of mutually interconnected panels. Each panel (7) is made of a reinforcing firm frame (15) filled with a core (18). This panel (7) is equipped with an outer noise absorbing layer made of bonded rubber granulate having a bulk density 650 to 750 kg.m"3 and a system of open and closed pores and containing 3 to 8 wt.-% of binder and 92 to 97 wt.-% of the said rubber granulate having the following fractional structure: up to 5 wt.-% of the up to 2 mm, 10 to 30 wt.-% of the 2 to 4 mm, up to 20 wt.-% of the 4 to 6.3 mm, 25 to 70 wt.-% of the 6.3 to 8 mm, and up to 30 wt- % of the 8 to 11.2 mm fractures. On the side facing the track (1), the panel (7) is provided with a relief pattern raising above the plane of the panel surface and with a top noise absorbing ridge (2).
L'écran d'absorption de bruit urbain est constitué de panneaux mutuellement interconnectés. Chaque panneau (7) est constitué d'un cadre rigide de renforcement (15) rempli d'un noyau (18). Ce panneau (7) est équipé d'une couche extérieure d'absorption du bruit constituée de granulés de caoutchouc liés ayant une masse volumique apparente de 650 à 750 kg.m"3 et un système de pores ouverts et fermés et contenant 3 à 8 %-% De liant et 92 à 97 %-% Desdits granules de caoutchouc ayant la structure fractionnaire suivante : jusqu'à 5 %-% Allant jusqu'à 2 mm, 10 à 30 %-% De 2 à 4 mm, jusqu'à 20 %-% De 4 à 6,3 mm, de 25 à 70 %-% De 6,3 à 8 mm, et jusqu'à 30 % en poids des fractures de 8 à 11,2 mm. Sur le côté tourné vers la piste (1), le panneau (7) est pourvu d'un motif en relief s'élevant au-dessus du plan de la surface du panneau et d'une arête supérieure d'absorption du bruit (2).
