A car parking shelf (34) for storing parking pallets for placing a vehicle, and transporting the parking pallets in the cross direction (CD) and the longitudinal direction (LD), the car parking shelf (34) being provided with: conveying wheels (48) disposed at the four corners of a rectangle having two sides parallel to the cross direction (CD) and two sides parallel to the longitudinal direction (LD) of a shelf frame (36); conveying actuators (50) for causing a pair of conveying wheels (48) located on a diagonal of the rectangle from among the conveying wheels (48) to rotate; a pair of first linking bars (54) and a pair of second linking bars (56) for linking the four conveying wheels (48) in a rectangle; and a wheel-orienting mechanism (58) for synchronously orienting the conveying wheels (48). The wheel-orienting mechanism (58) is disposed on the inside of an area (36A), of the shelf frame (36), partitioned by the pair of first linking bars (54) and the pair of second linking bars (56).
