DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT OF WATER-FLOW AND WATER DRAINAGE FROM ROOFS WITH FLAT OR LOW-SLOPED STRUCTURE
A system for draining water from a roof or partial roof construction with flat or low- sloped construction, the system comprising a vertically upright restrictor (12,13) comprising a hollow conduit located at a lowest point in said roof or partial roof construction for draining water from said roof, said restrictor (12,13) including at least one apertures (16) for limiting or restricting the transportation of water to drainage pipes through said aperture(s) (16), said aperture(s) (16) defining the maximum water flow of the water mass collected by said roof, and wherein at least one of the aperture(s) (16) is/are present in the form of at least one triangular aperture with its apex pointing upwards is placed on the drainage pipes of the roof of a building for preventing overload of the local water removal and/or sewer system.
L'invention concerne un système de drainage d'eau à partir d'une construction de toit ou de toit partiel à construction plate ou à faible pente, le système comprenant un restricteur verticalement droit (12,13) comprenant un conduit creux situé au niveau d'un point le plus bas dans ladite construction de toit ou de toit partiel pour drainer l'eau dudit toit, ledit restricteur (12,13) comprenant au moins une ouverture (16) pour limiter ou restreindre le transport de l'eau vers des tuyaux de drainage à travers ladite ouverture (s) (16), ladite (lesdites) ouverture (s) (16) définissant le flux d'eau maximal de la masse d'eau collectée par ledit toit, et au moins une ouverture ou des ouvertures (16) se présente/présentent sous la forme d'au moins une ouverture triangulaire, le sommet orienté vers le haut, est placée ou sont placées sur les tuyaux de drainage du toit d'un bâtiment pour empêcher une surcharge du système local d'évacuation d'eau et/ou d'égout.
