RELEASABLE LATCH
A latching device is mountable to a door. The device includes a rod and a pair of latches spaced apart along the rod. The rod is slidably movable relative to a channel between a first position and a second position, with the rod biased into the first position. Upon slidable movement of the rod, both the first and second latches generally move in unison to permit a releasable engagement of the first and second latches relative to two spaced apart protrusion of a frame to releasably secure the door relative to the frame. At least one of the first and second latches is slidably movable relative to the rod between a first position and a second position closer to the other respective latch.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de verrouillage pouvant être monté sur une porte. Le dispositif comprend une tige et une paire de verrous espacés le long de la tige. La tige est mobile de façon coulissante par rapport à un canal entre une première position et une seconde position, la tige étant sollicitée dans la première position. Lors d'un mouvement coulissant de la tige, les premier et second verrous se déplacent généralement à l'unisson pour permettre une entrée en prise amovible des premier et second verrous par rapport à deux saillies espacées d'un cadre afin de fixer de manière amovible la porte par rapport au cadre. Au moins l'un des premier et second verrous est mobile de façon coulissante par rapport à la tige entre une première position et une seconde position plus proche de l'autre verrou respectif.
