The present invention relates to a facade-split window having an optimized watertight structure that enables to increase assembly strength and water inflow prevention performance of a transom horizontally partitioning an opening of a window frame and includes a drainage structure facilitating natural drainage from a lower part of the window frame. To accomplish the advantages, the facade-split window of the present invention includes a window frame (100); a transom (110) coupled to an inner facing surface of the window frame (100) by an assembly bracket (120) to partition an outdoor opening of the window frame (100) into an upper opening S1 and a lower opening S2; at least a pair of indoor windows (210) slidably and openably coupled to an indoor opening of the window frame (100); and outdoor windows (220) respectively coupled to the upper opening S1 and the lower opening S2.
La présente invention concerne une fenêtre divisée en surface présentant une structure étanche à l'eau optimisée qui permet d'augmenter la résistance d'assemblage et la performance de prévention d'entrée d'eau d'un linteau divisant horizontalement une ouverture d'un cadre de fenêtre et comprenant une structure de drainage facilitant le drainage naturel à partir d'une partie inférieure du cadre de fenêtre. Pour procurer les avantages, la fenêtre divisée en surface de la présente invention comprend un cadre de fenêtre (100) ; un linteau (110) accouplé à une surface tournée vers l'intérieur du cadre de fenêtre (100) par un support d'assemblage (120) pour diviser une ouverture extérieure du cadre de fenêtre (100) en une ouverture supérieure S1 et une ouverture inférieure S2 ; au moins une paire de fenêtres intérieures (210) accouplées de manière coulissante et ouvrable à une ouverture intérieure du cadre de fenêtre (100) ; et des fenêtres extérieures (220) respectivement accouplées à l'ouverture supérieure S1 et à l'ouverture inférieure S2.
