Die Erfindung betrifft ein modulares Schalungssystem (1) für die Herstellung von Betonelementen (20), bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von Einzelformen (2), wobei die Einzelformen (2) zumindest auf der dem Beton zugewandten Oberfläche (3) aus einem schichtweise ausgehärtetem Kunststoff (4) hergestellt sind. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Schalungssystems sowie eine Spülvorrichtung zu dessen Spülung.
The invention relates to a modular formwork system (1) for producing concrete elements (20), consisting of a plurality of individual moulds (2), said individual moulds (2) being produced at least on the surface (3) which faces the concrete, which is made of a plastic (4) that is cured layer by layer. The invention also relates to a method for producing the formwork system, and to a washer device for washing same.
L'invention concerne un système de coffrage (1) modulaire destiné à la fabrication d'éléments en béton (20) et constitué d'une pluralité de moules individuels (2), la surface (3), en regard du béton, des moules individuels (2) étant réalisée dans un plastique (4) durci par couches. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication du système de coffrage ainsi qu'un dispositif de rinçage destiné au rinçage de ce dernier.
