VERFAHREN ZUM METALLISIEREN VON FERRITKERAMIKEN UND BAUELEMENT MIT EINER METALLISIERTE FERRITKERAMIK
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Metallisieren von Ferritkeramiken mit folgenden Schritten: Anordnen eines Kontaktelements aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung auf einer Oberfläche der Ferritkeramik, Aufschmelzen des Kontaktelements wenigstens in dem Bereich, in dem das Kontaktelement die Oberfläche der Ferritkeramik kontaktiert, und Abkühlen des Kontaktelements und der Ferritkeramik bis unter den Schmelzpunkt des Kupfers oder der Kupferlegierung.
The invention relates to a method of metallizing ferrite ceramics, having the following steps: disposing a contact element made of copper or a copper alloy on a surface of the ferrite ceramic, melting the contact element at least in the region in which the contact element is in contact with the surface of the ferrite ceramic, and cooling the contact element and the ferrite ceramic down to below the melting point of the copper or the copper alloy.
L'invention concerne un procédé de métallisation de céramiques ferritiques comprenant les étapes consistant à : disposer un élément de contact en cuivre ou en alliage cuivreux sur la surface de la céramique ferritique, procéder à la fusion de l'élément de contact au moins dans la zone dans laquelle l'élément de contact est en contact avec la surface de la céramique ferritique, et refroidir l'élément de contact et la céramique ferritique jusqu'à ce que la température passe en-deçà du point de fusion du cuivre ou de l'alliage cuivreux.
