DECORATIVE BUILDING MATERIAL USING SUBLIMATION TRANSFER PRINTING TECHNIQUE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The present invention relates to a decorative building material and a method for manufacturing the same and, particularly, to a decorative building material which has a simple process therefor by use of a sublimation transfer printing technique, a print layer superior in clearness, three-dimensional look, and realistic appearance, and functionality, such as impact absorption, and a method for manufacturing the same. The decorative building material according to the present invention may be manufactured by comprising the steps of: preparing a transfer film having a pattern printed thereon (S1); preparing a substrate including a polyvinyl chloride resin, a white film including a polyvinyl chloride resin, and a transparent film including a polyvinyl chloride resin (S2); laminating the white film, the transparent film, and the transfer film in that order on the substrate while conducting compression and heat treatment simultaneously (S3); and releasing the transfer film (S4).
La présente invention concerne un matériau de construction décoratif et un procédé de fabrication dudit matériau de construction décoratif et, en particulier, un matériau de construction décoratif qui possède un procédé simple consistant à utiliser une technique d'impression par transfert par sublimation, une couche d'impression à excellente transparence, un aspect tridimensionnel et une apparence réaliste, et une fonctionnalité, telle qu'une absorption d'impact, et un procédé de fabrication dudit matériau de construction décoratif qui possède un procédé simple. Le matériau de construction décoratif selon la présente invention peut être fabriqué en suivant les étapes suivantes consistant : à préparer un film de transfert sur lequel est imprimé un motif (S1) ; à préparer un substrat comprenant une résine de polychlorure de vinyle, un film blanc comprenant une résine de polychlorure de vinyle, et un film transparent comprenant une résine de polychlorure de vinyle (S2) ; à stratifier le film blanc, le film transparent et le film de transfert dans cet ordre sur le substrat tout en effectuant simultanément une compression et un traitement thermique (S3) ; et à libérer le film de transfert (S4).
본 발명은 건축 장식재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 승화전사 인쇄 기법을 이용하여 공정이 간단하면서 선명성, 사실감 및 입체감이 우수한 인쇄층을 갖으면서 충격 흡수성 등의 기능성도 갖는 건축 장식재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 건축 장식재는 문양이 인쇄된 전사 필름을 준비하는 단계(S1); 폴리염화비닐 수지를 포함하는 기재, 폴리염화비닐 수지를 포함하는 백색 필름 및 폴리염화비닐 수지를 포함하는 투명 필름을 준비하는 단계(S2); 상기 기재 상에 상기 백색 필름, 상기 투명 필름, 및 상기 전사 필름을 순서대로 적층시키고 동시에 가압 열처리하는 단계(S3); 및 상기 전사 필름을 박리하는 단계(S4)를 포함하여 제조될 수 있다.

La présente invention concerne un matériau de construction décoratif et un procédé de fabrication dudit matériau de construction décoratif et, en particulier, un matériau de construction décoratif qui possède un procédé simple consistant à utiliser une technique d'impression par transfert par sublimation, une couche d'impression à excellente transparence, un aspect tridimensionnel et une apparence réaliste, et une fonctionnalité, telle qu'une absorption d'impact, et un procédé de fabrication dudit matériau de construction décoratif qui possède un procédé simple. Le matériau de construction décoratif selon la présente invention peut être fabriqué en suivant les étapes suivantes consistant : à préparer un film de transfert sur lequel est imprimé un motif (S1) ; à préparer un substrat comprenant une résine de polychlorure de vinyle, un film blanc comprenant une résine de polychlorure de vinyle, et un film transparent comprenant une résine de polychlorure de vinyle (S2) ; à stratifier le film blanc, le film transparent et le film de transfert dans cet ordre sur le substrat tout en effectuant simultanément une compression et un traitement thermique (S3) ; et à libérer le film de transfert (S4).
