METHOD FOR PREPARING POROUS TITANIA THIN FILM BY USING CELLULOSE NANOCRYSTAL
The present invention relates to a porous titania thin film and a preparation method therefor. A composite material according to the present invention allows for a simple thin film formation process because of the use of cellulose crystals, makes it easy to control the structure of the titanium dioxide thin film provided therefor, has a large specific area, and is superior in terms of scratch resistance and photoactivity, thus finding useful applications in the various fields utilizing titanium dioxide as a photocatalyst.
La présente invention concerne un film mince poreux de dioxyde de titane et un procédé pour sa préparation. Un matériau composite selon la présente invention permet un procédé de formation de film mince simple en raison de l'utilisation de cristaux de cellulose, facilite la régulation de la structure du film mince de dioxyde de titane ainsi obtenu, présente une grande surface spécifique et est supérieur en termes de résistance aux rayures et de photoactivité, ce qui permet de trouver des applications utiles dans les divers domaines utilisant du dioxyde de titane en tant que photocatalyseur.
본 발명은 다공성 티타니아 박막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 복합소재는 박막 형성 시 셀룰로오스 결정을 이용함으로써 공정이 간단하고, 복합소재에 구비된 이산화티타늄 박막의 구조제어가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 비표면적이 넓고 내스크래치성 및 광활성이 우수하므로 이산화티타늄을 광촉매로 활용하는 다양한 분야에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
